reregistering, so I hope this one gets through!

on for another issue. According to the customer, the problem happened after=
his wife started to clean the screen (sprayed cleaner on the CRT with set=
powered on). She heard a snap and then the picture went to an hourglass=
shape. I am not doing much servicing anymore and would like to help the guy=
out if I can, but there isn't much info available in the way of tips for=
this set. I'm not in a position to take the set in to work on and trying to=
diagnose something like this at the customer's site is not exactly=
desirable because of my present situation. So, maybe someone can at least=
point me in the right direction from past similar experience, possibly? Or,=
maybe someone is familiar with this set and has a service manual that they=
can take a look at and give me a likely thing or two to check (I have no=
manual). The only thing that I have done thus far is to go into the service=
menu to make sure that some data just didn't get corrupt. Changing some of=
the values for relavent parameters did not make any difference, so I=
suspect a part (or maybe more than one) was damaged.
