Phil,
Actually I found 2 more things to check on this one.
If the horz sync pulse is missing on pin 21 of IC6000:
Check for shorted diode CR2250 (103-471A). This will ground out the pulse
necessary for micro-p to know where to put the OSD.
If the horz sync pulse is OK at pin 21 of IC6000, and the Vert sync pulse is
OK at pin 22 of IC6000, and the data lines from IC6000 to the signal proc
IC1200 show NO activity, then replace the micro-p IC6000 (221-685).
