I know of 2 cases in my area where the
businesses(neither were electronic) were doing
poorly.
Both were sold and bought by the people that were
running them, and loosing money.
Both companies have prospered.
This, of course< does not mean that the employees
intentionally mis-managed in order to buy the
companies cheap.
There is the very real possibility that they had
too much interference from the parent companies, to
be successful.
But in zenith's case the ball falls right back in
their lap.
They should have found another source, when the
problem first came about, instead of selling junk
for 10 years.
The problem remains squarely on the heads of zenith
officers--- John Venezia
