I don't see what the big deal is.  We have to spend time dealing with
questions from customers all the time that are time wasters.  The small
amount that I get by email and by phone due to my online postings are not a
problem to me.  I offer advice if I can be helpful and point them to a good
tech in the area if I know of one.  When I don't have time to deal with it I
simply tell them so politely.

Ultimately what goes around comes around...
