[TechAssist] Wards VCR , JSJ20200 ,need Service Manual

Hi All,
Have a friends old VCR with no capst movement.
Replaced cap & Capst driver chip - no help.
Chk'd all traces on Capst pcb. -OK.
Would like to chk voltages for capst ckt
need service manual , any takers on this?
