have you checked for leaky or open caps in the powersupply, if it is the
same model i am thinking of, it should have a 330 mf, and 2 4.7 mf caps.

All I know is that it is an Orion manufactured by Samsung. And the model of
the
vcr is VR3602. The only numbers found on both power supplies I have already
listed.
