[TechAssist] Troublesome RCA tv/vcr combo T19064

Just got this set in. The tv will not power up, the relay clicks on then of,
cycles twice then stays off. The Vcr section does power up, takes a tape, even
will eject. Since the tv does not power up, it will not do any other
functions. The HOT is good(replaced it) I believe this a Samsung built combo
unit if that is anymore help.
