It was C301. This thing was literally leaking! What does
it ooze electrolyte like this?

Dave, C301 & C305 are usually the culprits and sometimes C308, 301&305
are either 1uf@50 or 2.2@50 and are NOT the same color as all the other
caps in they circuit, they are usually red or brown, change them don`t
try to jumper them, if you still have vert. problems replace C308. hth
