Problem was STR-S5241, low voltage regulator/SMPS driver IC. Problem solved.
Customer took TV home. Calls up a describes black bar at bottom of screen,
stretched at the top. I suspect a bad electrolytic. TV has not arrived back
to shop, do any of our members know which capacitor might be the culprit?
