This set has intermittent "piecrusting" we used to call it.
Looks like saw tooth pattern in picture, sometimes may look more like arcing as
if poor crt dag ground.
Happens with tuner or line input, sometimes only portions of picture affected.
CRT anodes ok, grounds ok, tried rf agc adjustments but have not found cause.
No schematic and toshiba service web site has no info on this old model.1993
Anyone have any suggestions as where or how to look for fix?
