[TechAssist] Toshiba MV19K2R 20" TVCR dead. upgrade& fix

This combi is made by Orion. Shorted HOT. Small, TO-220 style on a small
heat sink (location# Q406. part# 2SD2627
Equiv. parts are: 4835 1304 8195, NTE2640.
I subbed in a full size HOT# 2SD1879. similar electrically, heavier
duty. Runs cool. Heat sink has other holes allowing mounting, bent leads
inwards to accomodate holes in PCB.
Another tech mail said to also check resistor R520 nearby, goes up in
ohms. Should be .82 ohms 2 watts. Mine OK.
