Ed, THANKS for the info, I do have the 11.3 in standby on the collector
of Q843 but it drops to 9 volts at turn on, don`t understand the .1v marked on
the
schematic, pulled the relay from the set and applied 9 volts with a bench power
supply and the relay functions normally, it`s got to be something simple that 
I`m
