[TechAssist] Toshiba 43H70 convergence out

We have this 43H70 that has poor red convergence at the bottom of the picture.
The far right convergence adjustments don't move. Is this a bad convergence
yoke ? We tried swapping the plugs and check voltages on the STK's. All points
to yoke. Anyone had one of these before we go through the trouble of Yanking
this thing out ?
