[TechAssist] Toshiba 13" TV CF1311 - Dead

I don't know the TACXXXX chassis number for this model, does anyone
know? I know this TV is hardly worth fixing but it's for my nephew and I
told him I would at least look at it. HOT is good. Flyback rings OK.
Standby (+5VDC) is present. Relay doesn't activate when ON button is
pressed. What I need is a schematic so that I can trace this back to the
micro, if anyone has one please let me know.
