[TechAssist] GE DVD DGE100NA Shows 'LOC' in display

GE DVD DGE100NA
Display reads "LOC" but can power on and get into menu.
Menu has Lock/Unlock and shows unit as Unlocked.
Cannot get display to change.
All ideas welcome
