I would really appreciate any help with this. Even if you have
seen this symptom on a direct view set, the same parts may be
involved.
NOT CRT problem (menu is fine - red text, etc)
All green & smeared video with either video or RGB input
There is a washed out picture and good sound (no other colors)
Set is rarely acts up (difficult to troubleshoot)
Vibrating the boards does not help locate problem
