Thanks again Robert, I was hoping someone would have had at least a similar experience with the same brand. I wish it could be the green output transistor, but as I said, the picture is fine with the menu - video is the only problem. So pinched wires would be one of the few possibilities. I'll look for that. -- Best regards, Bil Green PC 1000 Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 760-924-1000 mailto:tv.vcrrepair@xxxxxxxxxxx Wednesday, May 19, 2004, 12:36:16 PM, you wrote: t> Yes Bil, t> it was Toshiba t> I found it by wiggling wires around t> I have also seen the video output amplifier transistors on the crt boards t> intermittently cause loss or oversaturation of the crt it was driving, t> usually the blue driver t> Robert t> tvservice@xxxxxxxxxxxxx t> H & H Electronics Inc t> ----- Original Message ----- t> From: "Bil Green" <tv.vcrrepair@xxxxxxxxxxx> t> To: <techassist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>; "tvservice" <tvservice@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> t> Cc: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> t> Sent: Wednesday, May 19, 2004 12:22 PM t> Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Tosh. 65HX81 - All GREEN - Smeared Video 2nd t> Request >> Thanks Robert, >> >> Have you seen this on Toshiba PTVs?
