MID-ATLANTIC ELECTRONICS CONFERENCE
Hosted By The
VIRGINIA PROFESSIONAL ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION
June 11, 12, 13, 2004

  Fellow Technicians:

On behalf of the Virginia Professional Electronics Association, I am pleased
to extend to you an invitation to participate in the 16th Annual Mid-Atlantic
Conference. This Conference will be held in conjunction with the 40th Annual
Virginia Professional Electronics Association Convention. The Conference site
will be the:

Virginia Resort Hotel & Convention Center
  2800 Shore Drive
  Virginia Beach , Va
  Phone: 1-800-468-2722
  Email: vbresort@xxxxxxx
  Website: http://www.virginiabeachresort.com/

There will be manufacturer's training seminars, a manufacturer
roundtable/problem solving session, as well as an opportunity to meet and
exchange information with other servicers. Additionally, distributors, third
party administrators and manufacturers will be conducting a Trade Show on
Friday. If you have previously attended a VPEA sponsored conference, then you
already know what a rewarding and productive event it is, if not, please come
and find out. You will not be disappointed. Come and learn more about our
chosen profession and possibly new and/or better ways to keep ahead of those
who are satisfied to "run in place". We are looking forward to seeing old
friends, and making new ones.

In these trying times, where live hands on product training as well as
technology updates have virtually come to a stand still, The Virginia Beach
Resort and Conference Center has been selected as a centrally located facility
with all the amenities needed to attract Manufacturers to conduct outstanding
training sessions. We already have commitments from:

Philips, Thomson, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Hitachi, Pioneer, Panasonic, Sharp,
Samsung
and Hi Tech Soldering by Howard Electronic Instruments.

and are expecting several more. The Conference Center has expanded therefore
making available to us at least 4 more classrooms. We have planned our training
sessions to be 4 hours each, therefore giving you technicians a chance to take
in as many sessions as you desire. Shortly, I will post on our WEBSITE a
synopsis of the scheduled training. This is a tremendous opportunity for all of
you and your employees to get up to speed on the newest technology. Conference
registration forms are available for download on our web site
(http://vpea.exis.net). Bring the gang. Virginia Beach is a great place to be.
It has much in the way of activities for both young and old.

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH ALL INTERESTED PARTIES!

  Sincerely,

  Al Moses, CET
