I think this is normal operation and if you go thru the guide plus setup it
will not come back until power is lost again. I'm not sure but that's what I
remember about how it works.

TV RCA, M#F25424TX1,Chassis#CTC203AC5,Guide Plus Problems.
When unit is turned on Guide Plus comes up, tends to latch or partially lock
up the set.
Customer complained unit turned off and would not come back on.
I have not experienced this action.
This sounds like a typical RCA repeatitive problem.
Eventually Guide times out and set resumes normal operation.
Any suggestions??
