[TechAssist] TOSHIBA Model # TN43V71 , Chassis # TAC9957 Dead

Hi everyone
This toshiba tv model # TN43V71 and chassis # TAC9957 is dead . When
push power botton clicks one time and red led power light stays on. I
get zero voltage at hot collector. All fuses are ok.Customer said power
surge damaged the tv. I don't have service manual and not familier
with this chassis . Any common failure on this tv ?
