[TechAssist] TOSHIBA CV27E48 *DEAD*

I have a 27" TOSHIBA CV27E48 TVCR unit that came in
DEAD.
I have replaced the reg ic STRS5241 and need to replace
the D867 which is marked B15.
Could someone please advise what to use to replace
B15?
