If this is a 2002 set, suspect bad CRT.
Remove yoke and CRT pcb, if set fires up, bad CRT.

I have a Symphonic Model# WF-13,IT goes in to shut down so fast I can't check 
it. I think it may voltage
Reg. problem the short time it is on I get about 114vdc reg voltage,Horiz. 
output wave form looks good,reg
input ckt voltage is 157vdc the goes to low 150's to high 140's vdc at power up 
,I don't have a manual
hate to order one its just a 19" that belonges to a friend. H.O. is a D2627 
reg. is a K2662. If that
helps.
Any and all help on this one I would be greatly thankful.
