[TechAssist] Symphonic VCR Model 6470-plays too fast

This VCR accepts tape properly and loads. FF and REW functions work properly.
When play is pressed it goes into a fast play mode with Squirrel like audio.
Any I dont have the service manual but can get one. Hollis Bates
