That was a common problem with Magnavox tuners a few years ago where the PLL
IC went bad. Does that ring any bells? If the PLL is in the tuner then it's
a bad tuner.

Customer says the following:
When changing channels, OSD changes, but video stays on channel
three(intermittent)
Intermittently will not go on with the remote.
I have gone over the unit and can not get it to act up. All I can think to
do is go over solder connections.
Is there any case history for these problems? This is June 2002 model.
