Thanks for the reply's, I got the disk out after removing top board dad
assembly to get at tray motor.Voltage - + on tray motor, got grinding noise
so I forced the tray out...Customer was upset because I told him this unit
not worth repairing and his reply 8months old and he paid a lot for this
VCR/DVD unit 99.00 I had to keep from laughing...
