[TechAssist] Sony jungle IC CX20129 generic, any good?

I have been looking for a Sony jungle IC, CX20129 and so far the only
one I can find is a generic one. Does anyone have experience with this
particular IC as a generic- regarding quality? I hate to spend $60.00
CDN to get it only to find out it is junk like the CX1477AS generics.
