Perhaps this below and also check D2002 (off CN 2001, pin 5):

SYMPTOMS

Intermittent Menu OSD / No Functions

CAUSE

Suggested that he check the Menu and other switches on bottom bezel for
signs of corrosion damage. Temporarily disconnect/ disable these switches to
see if problem resolved.

RESOLUTION

Found that there was corrosion damage on the MENU UP/DOWN switch, S2007.

Note: The zener diodes on the Key lines can become defective, clip at a
lower voltage, causing switching problems or CPU lock up as well.
