[TechAssist] Sony TV KV32FS13 -Volume goes to max; locked on Ch 40

Sony TV KV32FS13
Problem - Volume rises on it's own. Can lower w/remote or button but goes
back up.
Also, unit locked on Ch 40. Have checked/cleaned the buttons.
Remember something about the buttons on the 'A' board or leaky zener but
can't find it in notes.
