[TechAssist] Sony KV8AD10

This tv sony kv8ad10 came in with scratch audio that
went up and down. Tip from frank was to resolder pins
1,2,3,4 on Ic 201. This eliminated that problem but
when unit is first turned on there is no audio for a
while. If you tap board the audio comes on and stays
but you can not get it to cut out again to trouble
shoot. Any ideas?
