Sounds like the IK circuit is detecting a weak CRT, try turning up the
screen control on the flyback and see if it stays on.

oh my back,,,,,,
comes on with sound and video, sound remains on all the time, but video
blinks of and on, 1 sec intervals for about 10 minutes then slows down on
the blinking and finally stays on all day, osd seems to go with the pix,
ie. won't give me osd unless its on stable after a time, been heating and
cooling for couple days now, once warm its ok so I suspect its a cap, but
where, doesn't appear to be in the vif.
