[TechAssist] Sony KV35S45 shutdown

Hello group,
I have a Sony KV35S45 that shutsdown as soon as you turn unit on. The HV goes
out, but the sound however stays on. Sometimes the unit will work on and plays
great if you keep trying to turn it on. Any suggestion would be helpfull,
