[TechAssist] JVC AV 27870 Dead. Just clicks

Anyone have a pdf of this TV they could send me.It just clicks. I replaced the
reg IC STRF6515, C910, C911, IC 421 LA7830, and Q531 H.O.T. D2499 and the
relay, relay drive transistor and it still clicks. I'm chassing my tail on this
one. Anyone have any tips on this one would be appreciated.
