[TechAssist] Sony KV32FS12, shuts down with 4 blinks

Techs,
This set belongs to the shop. Would like to fix. When powered on, hear
high voltage for a second, LED blinks 3 times, relay click, then LED
blinks 4 times over and over as long as power cord remains plugged in.
The following components have been replaced:
Regulator IC601/STRF6656/874901448
CRT Driver IC702/TDA6108JF/875956243
Vertical output IC502/STV9379*
* I notice in the bag of old parts replaced that IC502 is an STV9379.
The one in the set is an STV9379FA. I find that Tritronics also lists a
STV9379A. Do not know which actually belongs in the set (would assume
the STV9379). The tech that worked on it has moved away. Wouldn't
remember anyway.
Which IC belongs for the vertical output? Are they interchangeable? The
Tritronics website does not list IC502 for that model and I do not have a
schematic.
Am I missing something else?
