[TechAssist] Sony KV27XBR37 low or no secondary voltages

The power supply in this set will not develope the 134V off of pins 1 & 2 of
T604 but there is 13V on pin 5 of that same transf. I have isolated the horiz
circuit out so that isn"t where it is pulling down. At this point I am open
for any advice besides a stick of dynamite!!!
