[TechAssist] Sony KV27V40 clicks only,found burnt traces

Found traces between the rear jacks burnt open,and another from (-) of
C212 to jumper JW240 near audio IC401.Repaired both...Plug in, relay
will click,may click every 10 seconds for a while,never any
HV,sound,etc.Finally the front stereo LED is on constant, the "stand by"
LED below blinks a series of four times, waits, then four times...
Anyone know this error code?
