[TechAssist] Sony KV27TW70 shuts off when I attach cable signal

I repaired this Sony's power supply and Horiz section and after
completion I brought the AC up slowly and check for current on the
isolation meter as always and everything was fine at full line voltage
so I applied signal and within a second or two and the set went into
shutdown. Would anyone have a clue if I should start at the power supply
or the Horiz section. I did replace the flyback and H.O.T. and went over
driver connections along with all solder that looked poor. I don't
remember anyone having a similar problem like this with any brand. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!!!
P.S. The chassis power supply and Horiz are still working but AC has to
be interrupted and set will stay on indefinitely with out cable signal.
