On my end, no problem....stripped and no =20's. So Tech Assist is stripping
them correctly, and I know they go out HTML, most of the Saved info from
Tech Assist that I send out goes out in HTML and back to me in HTML.

Gee Kevin, I'm not sure why you have that problem, except the possibility
that when you loaded the program on your hard drive it may have asked if you
wanted HTML as default or Plain Text instead as default.

set to plain text, but kept sending it out as html. I switched to "The Bat!"
for E-mail, and still use outlook for a calendar. Seemed to fix my problem.
It actually does what it says.
