[TechAssist] Sony KV27EXR20, power supply NG

hello all,
I have gone the distance with this power supply, with no positive
results!
So far I've changed the strs6301, caps in the soft start cicuit, check
the diodes
and transistors, but the damn thing just won't start! Oh, and the 270k
kick bias resitor is
good too!.
Also checked for for secondary shorts, but there were none.
Anyone got another idea on this?
