[TechAssist] Sony KV2780R fix

Original problem was no power. Found both fuses
blown. Replaced rectifier, HOT and FBT. TV would
then come on and then HV would shutdown. Hooked up
Variac and set came on at 90v. Replaced the
regulator(STR3035) and set is fine now.
