The signal board is a double sided type with plated thru feed thrus. I would resolder all the connections at the interconnects and also resolder all the standup modules , resolder the board sockets and the modules. Spray a light coating of contact cleaner on these before reassembly. Might help! ================================= Jeff Stielau Shoreline Electronics Repair 344 East Main Street Clinton,CT 06413 (860)399-1861 (860)664-3535 FAX jstielau@xxxxxxxx ================================= ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Shupe" <jim@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 16, 2005 4:15 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Sony KP-61HS30 Chassis RA-6 Gets Darker and Darker.... > Hi Y'all... > > This set starts out with a nice, normal picture, but > as it plays, it gets darker and darker, to the point > where it's hard to see.
