Sony KP53S65, manufactured May'99 The customer watched the screen slowly dim over a period of 6 days and now has no raster. Audio is OK, no OSD. Going on a long distance service call. I normally don't run calls, but carry-in repairs are slow and overhead doesn't take a vacation. Any clues/advice appreciated.
