That resistance of 224 sounds normal on that line. Shannen

Hi Guys, Finally got the back ordered IC12 for this Sony KP51HW40, installed
the IC on this miserable double sided pain in the a@@ A board,
then checked output pin to ground and got 12 Ohms, Thanks to Bob
Waterman I knew to pull the "B & AD" boards, when I pulled and checked these
2 the AD was OK but the B boards 5v line reads 12 Ohms to ground, problem
now
is, after removing these two boards from the A board the 5 volt output pin
of IC 12 reads 224 Ohms??? This seems veeery low for a 5v line, can anybody
confirm this is normal? I hate to order and install a $156.00 (retail) B
board only
to find the A board is bad , retail on that one is $631.69 Thanks for any
info you
can give, Larry E

good, HOT is not shorted, no burned or stressed looking parts anywhere. If I
