[TechAssist] Sharp projection XV100

Hello Techs!
Please help us, after we changed $450.00 lamp on this unit it doesn't work.
After 15 times tried to press power and the lamp turn on, work for 1/2 hour
then quit. We don't have print for this unit. We did open and check power
supply of the lamp, relay does kick in and the lamp try to turn on 1 second and
relay kick out, it try to turn on 3 times and "LAMP SERVICE" warning light come
up. We did check all caps inside P/S could not find any bad one.
I appreciate any input on the above problem
