[TechAssist] Sharp TV, 19GM60, dead, repeat failure of R719.

Techs,
This set came in dead. Replaced HOT Q602, 2SD1555 w/ 2SD1556 and open
R719, 5.6 ohm, 5 watts.
Set went home. Played all weekend, then dead again. Yesterday, customer
brought it back. HOT OK, but R719 open again. Put in a new one. Did
not run even warm. Sent it home.
Customer got stopped by and said set was out again and he would be
bringing it in later today.
What could cause this failure? I would suspect the flyback, but the HOT
was OK--at least yesterday.
Belongs to old lady in a retirement home, so I was trying to provide
extra-quick service.
