This unit has power to disc player and tape decks but the display isn't lighting and I can't tell if the tuner is working or not or if the disc is registering. Does anyone have a manual or know where to get one? All functions and switches go to 1 IC and I need to make sure the B+ is getting to it. I suspect this IC is bad but would like to make sure.
