[TechAssist] Panasonic PT-51G36E - Dead

Hello,
I will be going on service call for a Panasonic PT-51G36E
(chassis=AP822), year 2001. Customers says he can hear the relay click but no
sound and no picture. He said sometimes when the relay clicks, the TV makes a
thump noise from the speakers, then nothing. Any history on this model I should
know about. Has anyone seen this exact trouble before? Perhaps someone is
Panasonic ASC and has info about this model. Thanks
