Kevin, Not sure about Hitachi, but other manufacturers usually have the method to converge inside the panel. Work on the center first, than the outsides. As far as reasonable rate, what may be reasonable for one shop, may not be reasonable for you. Cost of living varies from state to state.... My minimum for these is $132, plus service call.
