Brock,
I think I just posted a fix for the 19" version....my repair bill was more than
$65. and approved..go figure.
Check the 150v zener near the HOT.
Before powering up, place a 100w light bulb in place of the fuse. If all is OK,
the bulb will glow normally.
Also, I think I had an open resistor..but that info is at the shop.
