[TechAssist] Sanyo 62C602, chassis A7D-90200, green on left side

The picture on this set has a yellowish-green 1 to 3 inch wide line,
going from top to bottom on the left side of the picture. There also is
a slight yellowish-green smear to the right of printing. The rest of
the picture looks "normal". This is an older set (17 years old), but I
am curious what is causing this strange picture. TIA
