[TechAssist] Samsung TXE 2759 Horiz. tearing

This set has a great pic. except that the pic
tears slightly in the middle and about 4 inches
down from the top and 4 inches up from the bottom.
Emptied 2 cans of cold spray into it with no difference
whatsoever.
No idea where to look.
If anyone has run into this before,I would be eternally grateful.
